Graduate Profile: Calvin-Charles Mead

Calvin-Charles Mead of Gary, IN recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Technology.

He chose to study mechatronics because he wanted to work hands-on in the automotive industry. Mead will begin employment with Rolls-Royce in July. He said PNW helped him reach his career goal by, “providing me with an affordable education.

I grew as a leader serving on the boards of multiple student organizations.”

In regard to being successful in college, Mead remarked students should, “learn how to study and learn how YOU study. Don’t take the workload lightly.”
