Native Seed Collecting

Butterfly sculpture in native plant gardenDo you want to grow some native plants in the garden but don’t know which ones? Join a naturalist on a hike through the prairie to collect native flower and grass seeds that you can plant in your garden. The naturalist will provide information on how to best germinate the seeds and best planting locations. Program is best suited for adults or older children.

Program fee: $5 per person (Arboretum admission fee must be paid at gate by non-members)
