Purdue University Northwest Graduates Encouraged to Commit to Themselves and Their Dreams

Purdue University Northwest celebrated summer and fall 2024 graduates during two ceremonies held Saturday, Dec. 14. A total of 650 candidates were recognized for not only their commitment to academic excellence, but also their grit exhibited through student leadership, community service and extracurricular involvement.

Allison Vickers, academic and student success advisor at Purdue University Northwest (PNW), has been named the 2024 Academic and Student Success Advisor of the Year. The award recognizes the critical role academic advising plays in helping students successfully navigate the college experience.

Purdue University Northwest will be closed from Monday, December 23 to Wednesday, January 1 for winter recess. Campus offices will reopen Thursday, January 2, and classes will resume Monday, January 13.
